Real people, not a chatbot

Not sure? Let's talk it through before you spend a cent.

A shade sail is a considered purchase, and most of our customers have questions before they order. Send us a couple of photos of the space and we'll have a proper look before we call — no pressure, no sales script.

We look at your photos before we call, so the conversation starts somewhere useful
We'll sanity-check your measurements before anything is cut
We make every sail ourselves — you're talking to the manufacturer

Stand back and take a wide shot of the whole area, then one of each fixing point or post. This is the single most useful thing you can send us — it tells us in seconds what would take twenty minutes on the phone.

What can we help with?

Also email me the printable measuring guide, so I can get started before we speak

We'll use your details and photos to answer your question, and we'll add you to our occasional email — shade tips, new colours, the odd offer. One click to unsubscribe, any time.
